All are created in God’s image, uniquely gifted, fearfully, and wonderfully made. As we understand that, we treat one another with dignity

We are all created in God’s likeness to bear and reflect His image (imago Dei). As pastors and leaders, we understand that all life and ministry flow from an understanding of God as Trinity — the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — three persons relating as one being. We are invited into relationship with Him, and as we more fully realize who He is, we come to understand who we are and who others are. We are not only created in His image, but by His grace, we are becoming more like Jesus each day, as 2 Corinthians 3:18 explains. As we realize that each one of us is created in His image, we are compelled by a holy love to treat one another with the dignity and respect that reflect the love He has shown to us.
